Surrounded by forest and tranquillity, it offers unique charm and the opportunity to cut yourself off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the lake that will steal the heart of anyone who sees it. The interior of the cottage captivates with its cosy charm, and in the evening you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while admiring the starry sky or savour an evening dinner on the terrace, still admiring the picturesque landscape. It is a place that stays in your memory forever, encouraging you to return again and again.

Dorotka Cottage is designed for a maximum of 6 people.

The price does not apply to special dates such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
During their stay, guests can use all the amenities available in the Dorotka cottage as part of the daily rate, i.e.
- tub with a view of the lake + extra charge for wood
- Sauna
- place for bonfires right by the water
- pedal boat for 5 people
- 1 kayak
- living room (with sleeping accommodation for two people – fold-out sofa)
- equipped kitchenette
- bathroom with toilet (shower cubicle, washbasin)
- 1 x bedroom with a double bed
- 1 x bedroom with two single beds
- covered terrace with a view of the lake

- parking for 3 cars
- Accommodation and stay in a cottage, for exclusive use, maximum 6 people.
- TV access, WiFi internet access.
- Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, pots, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
- Pedal boat.
- Private jetty.
Pets are accepted and welcome, but a fee applies (100 PLN/stay).
A tourist tax must be added to the rental cost in accordance with the price list of the Lipnica Municipality.
